Victor Hugo Capacho is the founder and manager of this club. He is the discoverer and promoter of Jackeline Renteria. He is one of the greatest wrestling protagonists in Colombia. Capacho won in the eigthies some medals at Pan american games at greco-roman style. He can look back on several World Cup participations and finished his active career in 2002.
His coaching career is more successful. At the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, he accompanied Jackeline Renteria as manager and celebrated with her the bronze medal.
